We collect the names and email addresses of club members and mentors and store any other contact details or information they may share with us for a period of one year.  

Purpose of collecting data

The purpose of collecting data is to provide the most appropriate service to our members, including but 

not limited to information regarding new workshops, after-school activities, tutoring hotlines and training opportunities for our mentors.
